What should I do if I want to order?
You can visit the Collection page and choose your product to order. After you've made your choice, you can checkout with the item in cart and complete the shipping & payment details.
Can I order by phone?
I have questions about the product or want to change (color, size, size, price ...) what to do?
We share all specifications of the products on their respective pages. You can see those details there and if they aren't helpful you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your questions.
How to put multiple products into the same order?
You can add as many products you would like to your cart and checkout once done.
I want to cancel my order?
You can raise a return request and manage orders from your Gibie Account. Alternatively, you can reach out to us via email, phone or chat and quote your order id and one of our friendly executives will assist you happily. You can return products within 30 days of receipt of your shipment. We do not charge anything for returns. You can further learn about our return policy here: https://gibie.co/a/returns

How can I change my payment method for an order?
All orders are prepaid and currently we do not support changing payment method after an order is placed.

How to use discount codes?
To use a discount code, you need to get to the Checkout step of your shopping. On the checkout page, you will find the discount code box. Enter your code in it. Once done, the amount payable will be updated automatically.
How to check order status?
We share a unique order status link and regular updates with you on email, once an order is placed. We recommend following those updates or bookmarking the link to check status of your order.
Everytime you checkout, we create you an account on GIBIE. You can also login to it and see all your orders and their statuses in one place.
How is shipping fee calculated?
How long does the towels last as compared to normal towels?
GIBIE Towels are as durable as any other towel.
How about the colour fastening of herbal dyed products?
Ayurvedic Herbal dyes are extracted from medicinal herbs. They are never as fast as chemical based dyes but they do last for more than 50 washes at least and they will not bleed. We have done recommended wash tests and the results were well under standard fastening limits. We always recommend to wash towels separately and not to use citric washing powder/liquids. It is highly recommended to wash any of our Gibie products before first use.
Are the processes of developing bamboo fibres chemical free? Why do you claim these towels as eco-friendly?
Can I be allergic to dyes used in these towels?
Every herb or salt that we use are 100% natural so there are no allergies or skin reactions.
How long the herbal effect lasts?
Herbal effect lasts as long as the colour of the towel lasts. You can expect at least 50 washes. We will be coming up with dye recharge kit in future where you would be able to self dye the towel in home.
What colours do you do?
We are currently doing herbal 4 colours - Burnt Grey, Rust Creme, Hazel Brown and Sun White. We have developed 4-5 more colours which we will be coming up with in near future.
There are other herbal dyeing processes, how is your process different from them?
We used a patented herbal dyeing process. Herbs we use are known from ancient Indian tradition to have medicinal properties. Our dyeing process have been thoroughly researched for more than 10 years. We have capability for herbal dyeing at industrial scale which was not possible until now. Most of the herbal dyeing processes are done using hand only but we use sophisticated machineries which results in far better quality than other herbal dyeing processes.
