Ordered a towel set for a Christmas gift and received my goods to have one towel faulty , I email with photos to receive a reply back (see below)
Thanks for sending the images. We have accessed the images, these images show no fault. In 2 images the piles are on the other side in an area and other image a pile is out which is part of bamboo being silky soft. All the 100% bamboo towels have these things as they are super soft. If you still want us to replace the towel, you will have to return the towels to us and once we have checked the towels, we will check and replace or return the towels.

I sent another photo which is showing clearly a hole.
To get a reply back asking me to confirm which towel was faulty and a replacement will be sent straight out because it was a Christmas present.
Which I am still waiting for, I have emailed every week asking for my replacement and not heard anything back from them.
I find the customer service is totally unacceptable.
We were using these bath sets from last one year. Excellent quality and must buy product.

Feels very luxurious. Not as chunky as a high end cotton towel, but they dry quicker so the extra mass isn't needed. Very happy with the ethical purchase and they pass the Mum test. (bonus points)
Thanks Chris. You are right, we keep the towels light so they dry quickly along with being very portable. Passed Mum test! we know we doing something right! :)
We have had this personal bath set for a few weeks. They are still as soft ad the first day we bought them. We will definitely be telling our friends about these products and would recommend them to anyone.

These towels are really excellent quality. Unlike usual towels they are super absorbent from the first wash with no cotton fibres being left on the skin. Lovely classic grey colour which looks natural as per it's processing. They are also incredibly soft on the skin. Highly recommend!

Not worth the price in my opinion. Very high absorbency alright, I give you that, but otherwise not as soft as expected for the cost. Just glad I only got one set.

These towels are amazing. I’ve bought two other colours too (burnt grey and rust cream). The towels are very soft.
It has good absorbency and soft too. Good for daily use.
It is a really nice towel, it absorbs almost all the water instantly and the biggest plus is it dries much faster than regular cotton towels.
